So 2026 has started, and I knew that going into this new year, I wanted to do things differently. I felt like I couldn’t stay in the same mindset I had for the past few years. Something had to change. Going into this year, I really felt like I needed to change my mindset, my life, my habits — and I needed to start living. Not that I haven’t lived before, but I hadn’t intentionally lived before. And that makes a big difference. So for 2026, I decided to make some changes. Less
